Dr. Shaw, You found my problem! It was the dried up skin you pulled out of my ear. I have felt great with no nerve issues. Do you remember how long the string of skin was? Great Doctor. I have been a patient since 2008. No long wait time and he is very thorough. Dr Shawl goes over all medical and medications at every visit. He cares about his patients and you can trust him. The doctor gives clear instructions. Your first and every visit will be a great experience.

OptumRx will not send Prilosec prescription and says that you will need to send the pre authorization again before I can receive medication. I am dying here please help

Dr. Shawl was one of the only ENT's open on a Saturday and got me in right away! He was extremely welcoming and had wonderful bedside manner. He addressed all my concerns and has given me a treatment plan that hopefully will fix my problems. I could not recommend him and his office staff more!
